The Digital Springboard programme is run by MENTA, on behalf of East Suffolk Council. It offers free digital support to businesses in East Suffolk who may need help with creating or improving their website, online shop or social media presence.
The programme aims to provide a welcome boost and support for businesses looking to pivot following the pandemic and needing extra support to develop their digital ambitions and increase customer engagement.
The programme is a free service offering an extensive range of online digital resources, 1-2-1 business support, access to bookable online workshops from digital trainers, as well as signposting to other forms of support including access to grants to support digital growth. The programme is aimed at all East Suffolk businesses, whatever stage they are at on their own digital journey.
